What if there was a way to combine the best elements of standard implants and removable dentures? Living with tooth loss no longer has to be a daily struggle. In recent years, hybrid dental implants have become one of the leading innovations in the dental industry. Hybrid implants are a type of implant that is inserted into the jawbone just like traditional implants. They also have a denture attached to them, which is unique. Using this can create a strong base for the denture, leading to a better ability to bite and chew. At North River Dental, we are helping our patients restore their smiles at our convenient location in Manatee County, FL.
“At North River Dental, we have a specific protocol here called Hybrid. It’s for patients who have teeth that are not worth saving anymore or are terminal. What sets Hybrid apart from other implant brands is that the treatment is specific to you.”
Dan Delrose, DDS
Single tooth - For a single missing tooth, Hybrid dental implants are an ideal solution and are custom-matched in size, shape, and color to your adjacent teeth. Made to mimic a natural tooth, these dental implants both provide significant aesthetic improvements and stimulate the jaw bone to promote health and prevent bone loss.
Multiple teeth - If you are missing two or more teeth in a row, a Hybrid dental bridge is a great option to consider. Dental bridges are made from two or more
dental crowns, which are fused together and function as a single unit. This unit is supported on each end by Hybrid dental implants.
Full arch - If you are in need of a full-arch restoration, a Hybrid denture may be the best solution. Five or six dental implants, placed in strategic locations across your dental arch, support a permanent denture. You will never have to worry about your denture slipping while you speak or eat, or needing to remove and clean it each night.
The Hybrid dental implant procedure process remains unchanged, regardless of whether you are receiving one or multiple implants. We start by removing any problematic teeth that are diseased or decayed, often placing the implants on the same day. Next, we'll place the implants strategically and at the best angles via guided implant placement. After the restorations are completed, your smile will be completely renewed and functional again. Hybrid implants enable permanent dental restorations, such as crowns or bridges, to be completed in only two weeks. Implant-supported restorations have several advantages, such as:
Enhanced confidence
Better comfort
Durability and strength
Better support for jaw bone health
Facial appearance improvement
More nutritional selections in your diet
Dental implant options
Average pricing
Factors that affect eligibility
And more….
Our doctors are certified to bring you Hybrid dental implants, and follow a specific and standardized process for placing your dental implants based on their specialized Hybrid surgical training. Choosing to receive dental implants from us as a permanent replacement to your missing teeth is the best way to ensure your smile will function correctly and look beautiful!
