We moved to Florida several years ago and found North River Dental through a friend’s recommendation. We wanted a private practice with personal attention to our dental needs. We have been extremely happy with their services. The staff is always welcoming and efficient. Their friendliness and smiles always put you at ease before the upcoming treatments. My dental hygienist is gentle and thorough. I could not be happier with the results when she is finished! All the dentists have been great to deal with as well. We have recommended the practice to others and will continue to do so!

North River Dental is the best Dental office I have ever used. Starting with the moment you walk in the door Delia greets you by name and the entire staff treats you with a professional and personable attitude making you feel like family. The facility is very well kept and they utilize state of the art technology. The dental treatment and planning is excellent but what I personally feel makes them stand out is how you are treated by the entire staff. It is very refreshing in this day and age to be greeted with a smile and treated as an individual with individual needs as North River Dental does with every patient.

Having a lot of experience with dentists, I’ve been to some not so good. Finding North River probably 10+ years ago has been great, from cleanings to extensive dental work. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They have a great and easy appt and reminder system too!

I am 18 years old, almost 19, I’ve been going here since I was in a car seat. They have the most welcoming staff ever and their schedule is very flexible to fit you in, if needed. I got My teeth cleaned last week And I recently just found I was having a baby, my dentist told me that I would be having a girl and that is to be determined, but definitely made me feel very comfortable while she shared her journey about her baby girl. Great staff 10/10 recommend!!:)

It is very rare that I find dental workers who are patient enough with me that I feel comfortable, yet I felt so comfortable here that I was able to cry (twice) in front of these people. I didn’t mean to (obviously), but it really goes to show the people here are so kind, caring, patient & understanding that they will do whatever is in their power to help. I have a maloclusion that makes me look like a monster & could really use dental implants to stop my jaw from shifting further backwards & my teeth from shifting further on top of each other, but cannot afford them. I was able to get xrays & a consult here, so I could get an idea of what needed to he done & what I could try to save for if I ever became financially stable. I was also able to get hope that I could one day look “normal” without having to have surgery to break my jaw & reset it. I may just need braces. I doubt I could ever afford them, but the news has set my hopes ablaze as that is MUCH more attainable than a major surgery & now I won’t stop trying! But I was *TERRIFIED* walking in. As in, *shaking* terrified. Which is normal for me & dentists. And yet… the way I was treated here made me feel safe. It made me feel cared about. It made me feel like I was okay. I gradually stopped shaking. I gradually stopped feeling so terrified. And I have genuinely wished I had the $ or insurance to return for literally anything dental related, as it is almost *impossible* for me to find a dental facility where I feel that way. From the front desk to the techs to getting the xrays done to the dentist & even in the office of the person who helps you figure out the brutal reality of the finances, *every* *single* *person* in that office was the most kind, patient, respectful, caring, gentle & genuine human being I could ever hope to encounter. If you need patience & a dental place that will actually care about you as a human being… this is your haven. Please consider them. Please give them a try. I really never thought I’d find another place that would treat me so well after I moved away from New Orleans and into a smaller area like this until I got the privilege of going to North River Dental. I wish I could truly convey how much it means to me that they took the time & put in the energy to help me relax because I really don’t have the words. I hope someone from that day sees this & maybe remembers me, even if it was a while ago. Thank you. It really makes a difference. 🩵

North River Dental has such a friendly staff and I love walking into such a welcoming environment. Delia at the front desk is so helpful and knowledgeable! And I love my hygienist Kristin, she is so gentle on my sensitive gums. Love it here.

Been coming here for almost 10 years. Great service and staffs are friendly. Dentists are wonderful too. They have a great scheduling system that reminds me ahead of my appointment. They are very transparent about fees as well.

Most people don’t like going to the dentist, but the office staff are the kindest people. The doctors are nice and very concerned about your feelings and always asking if you are ok!! They are always smiling and have the best teeth…

I have been going to North River Dental for almost a year now. From my first visit, I was pleased with the service from the receptionist and dental hygienist (Perla, the best). Everyone is super friendly and attentive to your needs as a client. When I mentioned I was interested in Invisalign, I was provided with all the necessary information. Dr. Krauss, BB, and Gisselle were all very helpful in taking my scans and made the whole process very comforting and informative. I am very happy with my results from Invisalign and I now feel much more confident with my smile. I would recommend NRD to any person.

Very warm and welcoming environment. They are always transparent with me regarding pricing and I never feel pressured into extra services. Trust is very important to me, which is why I continue to make this my preferred dentistry.

I had a filling fall out just 3 days before a trip to Greece and North River Dental brought me in the same day I called to resolve my issue. The dentists are great but their hygienists and support staff make going to the dentist a pleasurable experience!!

I don’t even know where to start… my dental trauma began the day Elvis Presley died when I was 10 years old in 1977… I got hit in the mouth with a baseball bat cracking my front tooth leaving the nerve exposed… the removal of the cracked portion of the tooth which then led to a root canal was the most excruciating pain I have ever experienced… to me it was worse than childbirth… I had temporary crowns made until I was 18 years old and finally received my permanent crown that was bulky and oversized… For the past 38 years I have managed with this crown due to just not being the biggest fan of going to the dentist and the overall expense, but at the same time I also was becoming more self-conscious about it. After a high recommendation to North River Dental, I decided it was time. I can not tell you how at ease the staff at North River Dental made me… from the moment I walked in the door for my initial consultation, to the planning, and finally the execution of my dental journey, it couldn’t have been a more wonderful experience… I knew I was presenting Dr. Krauss with a unique situation and he nailed it! I am so very satisfied… EVERYONE made me feel like I was their only patient and they seemed as excited about my outcome as I was… THANK YOU so much North River Dental for making coming to the dentist a pleasurable experience…I am smiling BIG and I can’t wait to see you all again, soon!
