I have been here many times. Each time I have been happy with my experience. Helpers and Dr’s have been great. Front counter help is always friendly and have come to know my face.

I don’t even know where to start… my dental trauma began the day Elvis Presley died when I was 10 years old in 1977… I got hit in the mouth with a baseball bat cracking my front tooth leaving the nerve exposed… the removal of the cracked portion of the tooth which then led to a root canal was the most excruciating pain I have ever experienced… to me it was worse than childbirth… I had temporary crowns made until I was 18 years old and finally received my permanent crown that was bulky and oversized… For the past 38 years I have managed with this crown due to just not being the biggest fan of going to the dentist and the overall expense, but at the same time I also was becoming more self-conscious about it. After a high recommendation to North River Dental, I decided it was time. I can not tell you how at ease the staff at North River Dental made me… from the moment I walked in the door for my initial consultation, to the planning, and finally the execution of my dental journey, it couldn’t have been a more wonderful experience… I knew I was presenting Dr. Krauss with a unique situation and he nailed it! I am so very satisfied… EVERYONE made me feel like I was their only patient and they seemed as excited about my outcome as I was… THANK YOU so much North River Dental for making coming to the dentist a pleasurable experience…I am smiling BIG and I can’t wait to see you all again, soon!

Manuel did such an amazing job cleaning my teeth my husband noticed. He said that a spot that no one has gotten on my middle of my 2 front teeth was clean. He also helped me understand why I may need to reconsider a mouth guard or invisiline orthotics. His explanation was convincing.

Kristin was WONDERFUL as a dental hygienist. I hope she remains with NRD. I couldn’t ask for better service. It was also great that she set up Dr. Steinberg to review my x-rays and see me for the last time before he retires.
